EMP3530/03-SDK Media Development Platform

EMP3530/03-SDK is the Development Kit for Single Board Media Computers EMP3530 and EMP3503.

EMP3530/03-SDK comes with the latest Empower Technologies’ Linux Embedded OS (LEOs®) for OMAP3530 operating software. Its hardware integrates a high-performance ARM® CortexTM-A8 processor along with TMS320C64xTM DSP digital signal processing technology and multimedia acceleration for imaging, video and graphics. This media development platform, with the most advanced ARM processor, performs as much as 2.8 times over the previous-generation ARM11 core. It provides major technical advantages in video/image/audio encoding/decoding, video analysis, image processing, sound processing, and has the capability of playing up to 720p HD video. EMP3530/03-SDK is designed for developer to program applications for EMP3530 and EMP3503 Single Board Media Computer faster and easier.

LEOs® for EMP3530/03-SDK will allow you to more easily and quickly develop digital media applications. Application code can be written, with easy access via APIs to the ARM + C64x DSP dual core for EMP3530 and to the ARM Cortex A8 single core for EMP3503.
