Empower Technologies™ Proceeding with Prospectus Offering
Richmond, British Columbia – May 16, 2005 - Empower Technologies Corporation (“Empower”) is pleased to announce that it is proceeding with its Prospectus Offering ("Offering") of 3,333,333 units to raise up to $7,500,000 with Canaccord Capital Corporation acting as the Agent. Each unit is offered at $2.25 and consists of one common share and one half warrant. A full warrant will be exercisable to acquire one further share at $2.50 per share for 12 months following the closing of the Offering.
