Investor Relations Agreement and Stock Options Richmond, British Columbia - November 29, 2005 - Empower Technologies Corporation ("Empower") ("TSXV: EPT") is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of David Flynn of Richmond Hill , Ontario to provide investor relations services. Mr. Flynn has many years of experience in investor relations and his services are to include introducing Empower to industry professionals, maintaining a data base of investors, brokers, and contacting shareholders, other investors and industry professionals. The agreement between Empower and Mr. Flynn has a term to February 11, 2006, which may be extended for a further three months by mutual agreement, and provides for compensation of $7,000 per month other than for the month of December, 2005. Mr. Flynn, who is at arm's length to Empower, is also to receive stock options for 30,000 shares of Empower exercisable at $2.11 each for one year, subject to certain vesting provisions. Empower has also granted or has approved the grant, to officers and employees of Empower, of options for 675,000 shares at $1.76 each for five years, options for 100,000 shares at $2.10 each for five years and options for 25,000 shares at $2.12 each for five years.
