2006 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas

Richmond, British Columbia - December 21st , 2005 - Empower Technologies Corporation ("Empower") is very pleased to announce that it will be showcasing its award nominated, LinuxDA Embedded Operating System ("LinuxDA") using a Texas Instruments' ("TI") embedded CPU. The high performance digitally powered, smart surround sound media chair will be featured in the TI DSP Hospitality Suite at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show ("CES") in Las Vegas .

Empowers LinuxDA Embedded Operating System provides the advanced graphical based interactive interface at the tip of the users fingers by using the chairs built-in PDA like touch screen LCD display. The 5.1 surround sound media chair is controlled by Empowers smart LinuxDA embedded control unit using cable or wireless connections.
