Empower TechnologiesT Investor Relations Contract Extension
and Stock Options Announcement
Richmond, British Columbia - April 27 th , 2006 - Empower Technologies Corporation ("Empower") is very pleased to announce the four month contract extension of investor relations services from David Flynn of Richmond Hill, Ontario.
The agreement for contract extension, effective May 1 st , 2006, between Empower and Mr. Flynn has a term to August 31 st , 2006, and provides for compensation continuing as per previous contract.
In addition, Empower has also granted or has approved the grant, to officers of Empower, of options for 300,000 shares at $2.50 each for five years.
