Empower Technologies™ Signed 3 Year Supply Agreement
with Purchase Order and Deposit

November 10, 2009 – Richmond, British Columbia, Canada – Empower Technologies (TSX.V: EPT) (Empower) has signed a 3 year Supply Agreement to supply an asset tracking company (the Customer) a next generation GPS (Global Positioning System) tracking device. This state-of-the-art GPS tracking device is built on Empower's EMP3503 Single Board Computer platform. This new GPS tracking device will be sold to industries such as golf courses, ski resorts, water resorts, tour operators and equipment rental firms to track mobile equipment and assets (i.e.: golf carts, skidoos, RV, heavy equipment, and tour buses). The first purchase order has been received and a deposit collected. This is subject to the Customer's acceptance of the production prototype. The first purchase order is valued at over a million US dollars and calls for first delivery of production units as soon as possible but no later than May 31, 2010.

Empower has been selected by our customer for our collection of in-house IP (Intellectual Property) core technologies in GPS and navigation technologies, wireless communications, multimedia technologies, and powerful embedded hardware and operating system platforms.
