Empower Technologies and Pixon Imaging Purchase Update March 9, 2010 – Richmond, British Columbia, Canada – Empower Technologies Corporation (TSX.V: EPT) (Empower) is continuing its effort to secure further financing for the purchase of Pixon Imaging, LLC. The definitive agreement to purchase Pixon Imaging, LLC has been expired; however, Empower and Pixon Imaging are holding talks on a possible extension of the existing definitive agreement and possible revisions to the terms. Empower expects a conclusion of the talks with Pixon Imaging, LLC next week and will provide a further update at that time.
